Advocates of Dehradun Bar Association staged a demonstration at SSP office on Wednesday and demanded action against persons involved in damaging the car of the son of DBA president Rajeev Sharma near a private hospital on Rajpur Road on Tuesday. DBA secretary Anil Pandit said that police did not play their part in the incident. They boycotted works on Tuesday and Wednesday. The next action would be decided at DBA meeting slated on Thursday, Pandit added.
Notably, when DBA president Rajeev Sharma’s son Raunak Sharma was going to a private hospital on Rajpur Road an altercation broke out between him and some others over overtaking. Sharma’s car was reportedly damaged.
