Hooksett man indicted in Concord drug sales

CONCORD - A Hooksett man faces three felony drug charges after being indicted last week by a Merrimack County grand jury.
Charles A. Maynard, 30, is accused of selling carfentanil on April 19, 2017 and methamphetamine on April 20 and May 7, 2017, to a Concord Police Department agent.
He was indicted Jan. 26 on three counts of sale of a controlled drug, subsequent offense, according to a release issued by the state Attorney General's office.
Maynard waived arraignment Wednesday and was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail, the release said. He faces 7½ to 15 years and a $200,000 fine on each Class A felony charge.
