The City of Baytown conducted its first public hearing to rezone vacant and undeveloped land for a residential subdivision on the west side of State Highway 146 Tuesday.
The hearing was held before the Planning and Zoning Commission, and proposed an amendment to the zoning map of Baytown to rezone about 15.16 acres of land, located on the west side of Highway 146, just south of the Tanglewilde Subdivision.
