Church plans Valentine's Day fundraiser

Kongsvinger Lutheran Church, rural Oslo, Minn., is holding its annual Valentines Banquet at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16. This event will raise money for the Sunshine Hospitality Home in Grand Forks, and the food and entertainment by the Twin Forks Chorus are free.
