Highlights of Under 19 World Cup Semi-final India vs Pakistan: India registered a comprehensive victory over arch-rivals Pakistan in the second semifinal of the ICC U-19 World Cup.
India registered a commanding win over arch-rivals Pakistan in the semi-final of the Under-19 World Cup today. After India put up a competitive score of 272 for nine on board, they bundled out their opponents for a paltry 69 runs and entered their sixth final of the tournament. Ishan Porel ran through the Pakistan batting order as he finished the match with figures of 4 for 17. He was ably supported by Shiva Singh and Riyan Parag, who took two wickets each. For Pakistan, Rohail Nazir (18) scored the highest. Earlier, Shubman Gill starred with the bat for India as he remained unbeaten 102 runs. The Indian opening duo of Prithvi Shaw and Manjot Kalra stitched an opening partnership of 89 runs before the Indian skipper Prithvi was run out by Muhammad Musa for 41 runs. Manjot soon followed his skipper back to the pavilion after getting caught by Rohail Nazir off Musa's delivery for 47 runs. Shubman Gill yet again showed his batting prowess as he hit his fourth half-century on the trot in this tournament. SCORECARD
