Three found dead in 3 dists

At least three persons were found dead in two districts- Moulvibazar, Mymensingh and Rajshahi, in two days.
MOULVIBAZAR: Body of a school student was recovered on Sunday, after 10 days of his missing, from a slope of a hillock near Mohammed Nagar area of Dakshoin Shahbajpur under Baralekha Upazila in the district.
He was identified as Abdullah Hasan, 15, a  student of Class IX at Monir Ahned Academy in Dakshin-Surma Upazila of Sylhet District.
Hasan is son of one Abdur Rahim of Mohammed Nagar Village.  
Police of Baralekha Police Station (PS) recovered the body of Hasan. Post-mortem of the body has been done on Monday at Moulvibazar 250-Bed Sadar Hospital.
Family source said, Hasan came out from home on January18 at about 4pm to play with his friends. After that, he never returned home. The family members could not traced him after searching different locations including relatives' houses. On the next day (January 19)  his mother Nazma Yasmin filed a general diary (GD) with Baralekha PS.
According to police and local sources, hearing the information from the locals, Baralekha police recovered the body at about 7 pm on Monday. Different parts of the body was scattered and head was recovered from other place. The body-recovering spot was about half kilometre away from his home.
Md Shahidur Rahman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Baralekha PS has confirmed the incident.
MYMENSINGH: Police recovered a man's body from a canal at Nalua Village in Haluaghat Upazila here on Saturday morning, three days after his missing.
The deceased was identified as Chand Mia, 45, an alleged drug addict and son of late Khorshed Ali, of Dakhhin Monikura Village in the upazila.
Quoting the deceased's family members, Haluaghat PS OC Kamrul Islam Miah said Chand Mia went out of his house with one of his neighbours Rasel Mia on Wednesday afternoon, and since then he remained missing.
On Saturday morning, local people found the body floating in a water body at Nalua Village and informed police.
Police recovered the body and sent it to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
Chand Mia was an accused in two cases including drug peddling and gambling filed with Haluaghat PS, the OC said.
An injury mark on the right side of the body's forehead was found, the OC added.
Police also detained Rasel and Abdur Rahim for interrogation.
No case was lodged yet.
RAJSHAHI: Police recovered an unidentified man's body from the Padma riverbank area under Yusufpur Union in Charghat Upazila here one Friday evening.
Police said the deceased was wearing a half-pant.
They were trying to find out the identity of the body, police added.
