ABU DHABI: His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler`s Representative in the Al Ain Region, on Monday received hundreds of mourners at Al Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi, who came to pay their respects on the death of Sheikha Hessa Bint Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, the mother of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed and Sheikh Tahnoun received condolences from His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah and Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. The condolences were also received from Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, Sheikh Rashid Bin Saud Bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain. Further  Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation also sent his condolences.

Sheikh Mohamed and Sheikh Tahnoun also received condolences from a number of other Sheikhs, members of the diplomatic corps accredited to the country, members of the Federal National Council, members of the Executive Council. They also received condolences from senior commanders of the armed forces, the Ministry of the Interior, and a host of Emirati citizens.

Condolences were accepted by Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President’s Representative, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and Sheikh Saif Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan. Further, the condolences were accepted by Sheikh Surour Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Sheikh Saeed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler`s Representative. Furthermore, the condolences were accepted by Sheikh Nahyan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, Lt. General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior and Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser.
