“The Bachelor” (8 p.m., ABC): The drama is ramped up when Chelsea receives the first one-on-one date. Arie swoops in to take her on a 100-foot luxury yacht, but her checkered past may endanger her getting a rose. Also, 11 women split into two teams for a day of competitive bowling with the winner going to a private after-party. Tia and Arie travel to the Sawtooth Park Reserve, riding an air boat through the Florida swamps, but then she reveals her daunting past, which might spell the end for this happy couple. The women decide to confront one selfish bachelorette about her behavior at the cocktail party. Everyone is on edge as three more women are sent home in tears.
“May It Last: A Portrait of the Avett Brothers” (8 p.m., HBO): This compelling documentary offers an inside look at the popular North Carolina folk band. It depicts a lifelong bond and unique creative partnership, as band members experience marriage, divorce, parenthood, illness and the challenges of the music business.
“Lucifer” (8 p.m., Fox): When an ecstasy cook-turned-chemistry-teacher is found murdered in a cozy Los Angeles suburb, Lucifer and Pierce must go undercover to help track down the killer. Meanwhile, Maze has a newfound attraction for someone that she used to despise and Charlotte has a revelation.
“Valor” (9 p.m., The CW): In the Season finale of the freshman military drama, Nora is ready to confess, no matter the consequences. Meanwhile, Ian is blindsided by an evil truth.
“The Brave” (10 p.m., NBC): In the season finale, with just four short weeks before Dalton and his team finish their deployment, they continue to race the clock on a high-stakes mission. As they learn more about Hoffman (Guest Star James Tupper), Patricia and the group attempt to use his intel to save innocent lives, but the information comes at a cost.
