Superstar comedian Kevin Hart will be the first stand-up to step foot in the Bucks' new arena.

The "Jumanji" and "Ride Along" star is bringing his "Irresponsible" tour to the tentatively named Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center Sept. 13.

It will be Hart's first performance in Milwaukee since 2015, when he warmed up for his "What Now?" tour with a six-show residency at the Riverside Theater. "Now?" went on to become the highest-grossing comedy tour of all time, according to Billboard. Hart also performed at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison earlier this month.

Tickets for the Milwaukee show, priced between $39 and $129, are available beginning at 11 a.m. Wednesday by calling (800) 745-3000 or (866) 448-7849, or by visiting ticketmaster.com.

Last fall, Bucks officials said that Jim Gaffigan would be the first comedian to play the arena, but Hart's appearance will precede it by nine days.

Last week, Bucks officials also announced shows with Foo Fighters on Oct. 17, and with Elton John, who will play the arena on Feb. 19, 2019, as part of his final tour.

Tickets for John are on sale Friday, and are available now for the Gaffigan, Maroon 5 and Foo Fighters shows.

Last fall, Raj Saha, the arena's general manager and head of programming, said a grand opening act would be announced in early 2018.

Taxpayers are spending $250 million on the new arena, which is expected to open this August or early September.
