The Inter Milan defender joined the club from Sampdoria on a five-year contract only last summer.
But his performances this season have caught the eye of leading clubs around Europe.
And according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Barca, Real and Man City are closely monitoring the 22-year-old.
Nerazzurri sporting director Piero Ausilio is said to consider Skriniar as ‘unsellable’.
But the Italian daily claims an offer may soon come in that is too good not to at least consider.
Inter are in danger of falling foul of UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules so the club could be forced to sell.

The centre-back has made 23 appearances for Inter so far this season, scoring three goals.
In November last year, Mundo Deportivo claimed Barca boss Ernesto Valverde was watching Skriniar as they were keen to improve their defensive options.
Asked about the interest from Barca, Skriniar told Sport.sk: “I’m an Inter player, and I do not talk about transfers.
“Barca is always Barca, but I do not say anything apart from I’m at Inter and I’m very happy.”
The defender also spoke of his admiration for Spalletti, who he admitted was a “tough coach”.

“Spalletti? I know he always speaks very highly of me and I am happy he appreciates my performances,” he added.
“He is a tough coach, but very good; certainly one of the best in Italy.
“We have a great relationship. It is a great advantage that he knows when to work and when to relax.
“This leaves plenty of space for his assistants to work, so our sessions are always very dynamic.”
