Sri Lanka yesterday (Jan. 28) beat West Indies to bag the plate final in the Under 19 Cricket World Cup in New Zealand.
 
Batting first, Windies made 254 for 5 in 50 overs and in reply Sri Lanka youth team reached the target losing 7 wickets in 49.4 overs.
 
Hasitha Boyagoda was the match-of-the-match scoring 116 with 17 fours and a six.
 
Dhananjaya Lakshan made 98.
