Priyanka Chopra’s personal life is discussed as much as her professional one. While the actress insists that she’s very much single, we all are busy predicting about her love life. PeeCee has dealt with her share of link-ups and the rumours refuse to die anytime soon. While Priyanka has been linked with actors – right from Shahid Kapoor to Tom Hiddleston, she was never really open about it. PC has always been single and ready to mingle or rather she expects us to believe it. Watching one of her early interviews, we deduced the secret behind her ‘single’ status of so many years. Making an appearance on Simi Garewal’s ‘India’s Most Desirable’ talk show, way back in 2012, Priyanka revealed she’s a bad judge of men and that could be the reason behind her singledom. The entire conversation started when host Simi Garewal asked Priyanka’s parents to describe an ideal guy for their daughter. PeeCee’s father, late Ashok Chopra, had just one word to describe him – A Gentleman. He believed his son-in-law should be a true gentleman and nothing else would matter. Well, Priyanka was quick to defend him saying no guy would be good enough for him. To this, Simi taunted her saying, “That’s ‘cos you are only going out with movie actors.” Ahem! Yes, she did say it and Priyanka even agreed to it. In her defence, PeeCee said, “So? Movie actors can also be good men. A guy is a guy and he can be a gentleman, no matter if he’s an actor, doctor or cobbler.” Simi probably felt, what could be best described as a woman instinct, and asked Priyanka if she’s a good judge of men? Instead of being diplomatic and answering in the affirmative, Priyanka reluctantly accepted that she’s not. She said, “Not At All.” Now, was she targeting any of her exes and accepting that she had made some wrong decisions in the past? The same interview had many more such interesting revelations and this one’s our personal favourite. When Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra revealed her fascination for bad boys and why she likes to have them in her life, it completely stunned us. Now with ‘bad guys,’ Priyanka meant anyone who’s strong enough to fight for her, protect her and take a stand. Well, PeeCee’s definition of bad boys is certainly different than what we thought!
