WWE Royal Rumble RESULTS: Shinsuke Nakamura wins Rumble, Brock Lesnar defends title
THE ROAD to Wrestlemania has officially kicked off as 30 men and women will compete in the Royal Rumble match for a place in the main event of Wrestlemania 34.

Former Rumble winners like John Cena, Roman Reigns and Randy Orton will battle in the men's traditional over-the-top-rope battle royale and will be joined by some of the best superstars RAW and Smackdown have to offer.
Female WWE stars make history tonight at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as the likes of Asuka, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch compete in the first ever women's Royal Rumble match.
Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and WWE Champion AJ Styles will also be in the main event of the Showcase of the Immortals if they successfuly defend their titles.
The Beast will participate in a monstrous Triple Threat match against Kane and Braun Strowman whereas The Phenomenal One faces incredible odds as he takes on Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn in a 2-on-1 Handicap match.

- Kalisto, Lince Dorado & Gran Metalik def. TJP, Gentleman Jack Gallagher & Drew Gulak
Kalisto picked up the win for his team with a Salida del Sol on TJP and earned his team the win at the Royal Rumble's first match of the night.
Of course this is a crucial time for the Cruiserweight division as ex-Champion Enzo Amore has been released and a new title holder is to be determined soon.
- The Revival def. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson
Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder exacted revenge by taking out Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.
The Balor Club duo beat The Revival at RAW 25 before DX and Scott Hall took them out at the Manhattan Center.
The Revival are now poised to take the tag team division by storm.
- US Champion Bobby Roode def. Mojo Rawley
Bobby Roode's first US title defence was absolutely Glorious as he took out Mojo Rawley.
Roode hit the Glorious DDT for the pinfall even though Rawley got some good offence during the match.
- WWE Champion AJ Styles def. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn — 2-on-1 Handicap Match for the WWE Title
AJ Styles beat tremdnous odds as he took out the daunting duo of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
Owens and Zayn got very close to becoming the first ever co-WWE Champions but Styles managed to get the win with a small package.
The Phenomenal One is now waiting to see who will win the men's Royal Rumble match as he is set to main event Wrestlemania 34.

- SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos def. Chad Gable & Shelton Benjamin (2-out-of-3-Falls Match)
Jimmy and Jey Uso defended the Smackdown Tag Team titles in dominating fashion.
The Usos didn't submit a single fall as they took out Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable with a double splash and a small package.
- Shinsuke Nakamura wins men's Royal Rumble match
Shinsuke Nakamura, coming in at No14, won the Royal Rumble match after eliminating Roman Reigns.
The Artist, who also eliminated John Cena, will now headline Wrestlemania 34.
And Nakamura immediately declared he will face WWE Champion AJ Styles in a highly-anticipated dream match.

- Cesaro & Sheamus def. Raw Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Jason Jordan
The Bar regained the RAW Tag Team titles after overcoming the unlikely duo of Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan.
The Architect had to basically defend the belts on his own after Jordan suffered an injury.
But the ex-WWE Champion couldn't overcome Cesaro and Sheamus.
