2:27 p.m. Jan. 18: A 25-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of battery, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct after a report that she caused a disturbance and spit in an employee's face at Young's Pharmacy.
2:03 a.m. Jan. 19: A 41-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and a probation violation after a report that a man forced his way into an apartment in the 4100 block of Stewart Avenue.
9:42 a.m. Jan. 19: A 20-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of strangulation, false imprisonment , disorderly conduct while armed, battery and resisting/obstructing, all domestic related, after officers investigated a disturbance in the 600 block of Washington Street.
5:57 p.m. Jan. 19: A 53-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic disorderly conduct and bail jumping in the 1700 block of Stark Street.
7:33 p.m. Jan. 19: A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and a probation hold after a traffic stop and investigation near the intersection of East Thomas and Emter streets.
11:24 p.m. Jan. 19: A man was arrested on a warrant; a woman was arrested on a probation violation and on suspicion of battery and disorderly conduct; and another woman was referred for prosecution on suspicion of battery and disorderly conduct after a 911 hang-up call from the 1200 block of East Union Avenue.
12:25 a.m. Jan. 20: A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and seven counts of bail jumping in the 100 block of Central Bridge Street. When an officer attempted to stop a vehicle, the driver reportedly started to flee but then stopped in a parking lot and tried to walk away. He allegedly engaged in a brief struggle before he was arrested.
12:54 a.m. Jan. 20: A 37-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and disorderly conduct after a disturbance in the 200 block of Scott Street.
2:36 a.m. Jan. 20: A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of second-offense drunken driving, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on South 18th Avenue at Stewart Avenue.
2:53 a.m. Jan. 20: A man was arrested and cited on suspicion of first-offense drunken driving after a traffic stop on Grand Avenue at Pearl Street.
3:38 a.m. Jan. 20: A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of domestic disorderly conduct in the 300 block of North Seventh Avenue.
12:44 p.m. Jan. 20: A 34-year-old man was referred for prosecution on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1800 block of North 11th Avenue.
Jan. 20: A 38-year-old man was accused of forgery and theft in the 600 block of McClellan Street.
2:37 p.m. Jan. 20: A 37-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman each were arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and violating probation; a 24-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping; and a 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin with intent to deliver and bail jumping after a traffic stop on South Second Avenue at Callon Street.
4:03 p.m. Jan. 20: A 25-year-old man was referred for prosecution on suspicion of battery and disorderly conduct in the 700 block of Washington Street. He reportedly fled from a fight before officers arrived.
12:39 a.m. Jan. 21: A 27-year-old woman was cited for driving on the wrong side of a divided highway and arrested on suspicion of first-offense drunken driving and a probation hold after a traffic stop on North Sixth Street at East Bridge Street.
1:42 a.m. Jan. 21: A 26-year-old man was arrested and cited on suspicion of first-offense drunken driving after police were called to check the welfare of a man in his vehicle in the 1500 block of North Sixth Street.
2:08 a.m. Jan. 21: A man was arrested on suspicion of seventh-offense drunken driving after a traffic stop on North Fourth Street at Grant Street.
7:43 p.m. Jan. 21: A woman was arrested on a probation warrant, and a man was referred for prosecution on suspicion of strangulation/suffocation, domestic substantial battery, domestic disorderly conduct and bail jumping after a woman in the 1200 block of East Wausau Avenue requested an ambulance and reported a Jan. 19 domestic incident that occurred in the 200 block of Scott Street.
4:18 a.m. Jan. 22: An officer initiated a traffic stop on Ethel Street at Midway Boulevard, but the vehicle fled and later was found unoccupied in Schofield. Two of the vehicle's three alleged occupants were found nearby. One man was arrested on suspicion of bail jumping and obstructing; another man was referred on suspicion of fleeing and possession of methamphetamine; and a woman was referred on suspicion of obstructing.
10:25 a.m. Jan. 22: A 20-year-old man was referred on suspicion of absconding without paying for gas at a gas station in the 2200 block of North Sixth Street.
2:30 p.m. Jan. 22: A 42-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and suspicion of obstructing an officer in the 100 block of South 17th Avenue.
4:39 p.m. Jan. 22: An 18-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant and suspicion of disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing an officer in the 1200 block of South Fourth Avenue.
7:16 p.m. Jan. 22: An 18-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property, and an 19-year-old man was referred on suspicion of bail jumping after a report of a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Jackson Street.
2:25 a.m. Jan. 23: A 22-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and suspicion of possession of marijuana and cited on suspicion of first-offense driving with a restricted controlled substance after a traffic stop in the area of South 17th Avenue and Wegner Street.
8:37 a.m. Jan. 23: A 22-year-old man was arrested on a probation violation; an 18-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana; a 51-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of meth paraphernalia, a warrant and a probation violation; a 55-year-old man was arrested on a probation violation; a 62-year old-man was referred on suspicion of maintaining a drug trafficking residence; and a 47-year-old woman and a 53-year-old man each were arrested on probation violations after a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of South Third Avenue.
12:12 p.m. Jan. 23: A 25-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of bail jumping, possession of a controlled substance, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, a probation hold and a warrant in the 600 block of Kent Street.
3:20 p.m. Jan. 23: A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and physical abuse of a child after a report of a physical fight in the 1100 block of Prospect Avenue.
3:21 p.m. Jan. 23: A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and violating probation after a report of a man who might have been impaired and was unable to stand in the 200 block of East Kent Street.
5:18 p.m. Jan. 23: A 57-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct in the 500 block of South Third Avenue.
3:45 a.m. Jan. 24: An 18-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant; a 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana; and a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and cited on suspicion of first-offense driving with a controlled substance after a traffic stop in the area of South 17th and South 18th avenues.
9:02 p.m. Jan. 24: A 38-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of misappropriation of personal identifying information in the 800 block of East Bridge Street.
11:28 p.m. Jan. 24: A man was arrested on suspicion of second-offense drunken driving and fleeing after an officer tried to stop a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road in the 300 block of Grand Avenue. The vehicle fled, and the suspect later was found at a home in the 700 block of North 11th Street.
1:43 p.m. Jan. 25: A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of domestic strangulation/suffocation and a probation hold in the 200 block of North Second Avenue.
11:15 p.m. Jan. 25: A 28-year-old woman was referred on suspicion of domestic battery after police investigated a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of West Eldred Street.
12:45 a.m. Jan. 26: An officer in the area of Grand Avenue and Henrietta Street saw a moving vehicle that had been reported stolen. The vehicle later was found unoccupied in the 1300 block of Townline Road, and after an investigation, a 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle without the owner's consent and warrants.
