The Philadelphia Eagles are enroute to Minnesota, where just one more game stands between them and Super Bowl bling.
Amid a steady drizzle, the Birds, in their Sunday best and lugging bulging carry-ons, walked across a wet tarmac at Atlantic Aviation Terminal and up the steps onto an American Airlines plane bound for Minneapolis as fans waved signs and yelled words of encouragement. They are expected to touch down around 4:30 p.m. Lincoln Financial Field time.

What awaits is a whirlwind week of Super Bowl events and mental conditioning for next Sunday’s big game. And not just for fans! The players will use the week getting ready, too, to take on the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII.
