Paul Allen Nebel, 80, of Wellman, IA, died Friday, January 26, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.
Celebration of life services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington with Larry Statler officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
