PHILADELPHIA -- The bags are packed, the game-plan has been installed, and the Eagles are set to take flight to Minnesota on Sunday for a week of craziness ahead of Super Bowl LII against Bill Belichick, Tom Brady, and the New England Patriots.
Once they hit the ground at the Minneapolis/St.Paul Airport on Sunday, the Eagles will check into their team hotel for the week which will be the Radisson Blu at the Mall of America.
Here's an in-depth look at the Eagles' schedule for the next week in Minneapolis as they prepare for the Super Bowl:
Super Bowl Minnesota Mood
SUNDAY, Jan. 28: Fly to Minnesota, check into the team hotel
The Eagles will fly to Minnesota on Sunday, with an expected arrival of 3:30 p.m. Central time, 4:30 p.m. Eastern, and upon arrival head to the official team hotel which will be their home for the week.
This year, the NFC is designated the away team, and the Eagles will stay at the Radisson Blu at the Mall of America.
Head coach Doug Pederson's challenge of keeping his team simultaneously loose but also focused and out of trouble for the week leading up to Super Bowl LII will officially begin.
MONDAY, Jan. 29: Media Night
The circus that is media night -- renamed this season Super Bowl Opening Night -- will be held at the Xcel Energy Center, home of the Minnesota Wild beginning at 8:00 p.m. Central, 9:00 p.m. Eastern
However, the Eagles will not take the podiums until 9:00 p.m. Central time, 10:00 p.m., back home.
Media night will feature the typical craziness of fan reporters, celebrities, comedians, and national media will descend on the Xcel Energy Center where the Eagles will hold their first interviews of the week.
