Today is the 13th death anniversary of AKM Farid Uddin Ahmed, a freedom fighter and former deputy assistant director of erstwhile BDR, says a press release.
A Qurankhwani and doa mahfil will be held after zuhr prayers at his residence in Khilagaon in Dhaka.
Food will be distributed to the destitute at the local Noor mosque and madrasa, after the doa mahfil.
Relatives and well wishers are requested to attened the doa and pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
