The victim, a resident of a village under Kendua union, was abducted from an Islamic congregation held in her village on Friday night.
Some eight people dragged her to a nearby river shore and raped her, she said.
Locals rescued her on Saturday morning, said the victim’s family.
The teenage girl, currently under treatment at the state-run hospital in the district, remained unconscious until Saturday afternoon, they said.
Local police said they were notified about the incident.
“Legal actions will be taken following a formal complaint. Police have visited the girl in the hospital,” said Jamalpur Police Inspector Nasimul Islam.
