PANAJI: A
head-on collision between two
four-wheelers resulted in slow traffic movement at
Goa Velha bypass on NH-17 for around half an hour on Saturday.
Police said that a
Karnataka vehicle was involved in a head-on collision with a
Goa registered vehicle at around 5.10pm on the Goa Velha bypass.
Agassaim police inspector Uday Gaude said that the mishap occurred between two vehicles that were proceeding towards Panaji and Margao respectively. Police said a third vehicle was also involved in the mishap.
Three persons sustained minor injuries and were shifted to Goa Medical College (GMC) and hospital at Bambolim for medical treatment, police said.
