The IPL Action is one of the biggest - and most controversial - events in cricket.

IPL teams from across India will bid for the very best players in cricket.

The vast sums of money spent on players and the huge wages given out are a source of much controversy in the sport.

But there’s no doubting it’s a fascinating event.

Much like an American sports, the IPL auction acts like a draft, with clubs able to pick and choose their squads based on finances.

A staggering 578 players will be auctioned off.
