The pregnant Coronation Street cast member – played by Catherine Tyldesley – was spotted enjoying a cheeky glass of Prosecco in last night's episode.
The no-nonsense barmaid got carried away with the bubbles during an intense dinner date with Adam Barlow (Mike Baldwin).
And at one point she even asked their server for more alcohol in a half French half Spanish mismatch – because how else?
But viewers were horrified that Eva – who's four months along with Aidan Connor's baby – was so heavy-handed with the booze.

One person slammed on Twitter: "Is Eva really drinking champagne whilst nearly 20 weeks pregnant?"
"Eva sweetheart you're four months pregnant. You've been drinking all over Christmas and all you're worried about is fat ankles? What about the safety of that baby?" quizzed another.
A third blasted: "It doesn’t matter when you have the termination, you should not be downing Prosecco like there's no tomorrow. You are an utter disgrace as a woman. You uncaring cow."
Experts are still unsure exactly how much – if any – alcohol is completely safe for expecting mums to consume.
