Haryana Levied 75% Development Fee on High Potential Zones under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana

Chandigarh, Jan 27 – Haryana Government has extended Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana Policy to the development plans of Sonepat-Kundli Multifunctional Urban Complex, Panipat, Pinjore-Kalka Urban Complex, Sohna, Kot Behla and Faridabad-Ballabhgarh Urban Complex falling in the High Potential Zone.

       While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Town and Country Planning Department said that all fee and charges such as license fee, scrutiny fee, conversion charges, EDC and IDC would be recovered at the rate of 75 percent of the respective rates applicable for the residential plotted colony in the respective development plans.

          He said that all other policy parameters as presently applicable under the existing policy dated February 8, 2016, would continue to remain applicable.
