Radicals target woman preacher after she conducts Friday’s special prayer

The fundamentalists are back to target woman once again. For the first time in the country a Muslim woman named Jamidha, who is also a well known activist, conducted and led the Friday’s afternoon special prayer session in a mosque in Malappuram. However, a section of fundamentalist unhappy with the act resorted to threatening and harassing her through the phone. However, Jamidha, who is also the general secretary of Quran Sunnath Societ stated that the Jumma prayer can be conducted by any woman as well.
