Del Webb Cypress Falls will host a grand opening of its model park Feb. 3 to premier two newly completed and furnished single-family model homes at the gated, 55-plus community, off Toledo Blade Boulevard in North Port.
Beginning Feb. 5, homes will be for sale in the community from the low $200,000s.
The public is invited to the grand opening, 1 to 3 p.m., with live music, refreshments and giveaways, along with tours of both professionally decorated model homes. Visitors can also explore the resort amenity center.
The Summerwood home design offers two to five bedrooms, an optional loft, up to three full bathrooms and from 1,861 to over 3,000 square feet of living area. The open concept features a large kitchen island overlooking the gathering room.
The Crestview design is a plan newly released by Del Webb that has many customizable options. The home design offers two to four bedrooms, up to three and a half baths and from 1,574 to 2,333 square feet of living area with open dining and gathering spaces. A special feature of the Crestview is its private owner’s suite in the rear of the home.
Six low-maintenance home designs are available at Del Webb at Cypress Falls at the Woodlands, a community designed to support an active adult lifestyle.
