We here at Cricketnext will tell you what is happening with your favourite teams as the franchise owners slug it out with big bucks in their pocket to get the best team combination. Here is what three-time champions Mumbai Indians are up to

Delhi Daredevils thought they had bought Kieron Pollard for a bargain amount of Rs. 5.40 Cr and coach Ricky Ponting was seemingly excited about the business. However, MI came in and used the RTM card for him and the Mumbai owners were happy about their all-rounder coming back to them.

Time for bowlers to come under the hammer and the first bowler to be sold is Mustafizur Rahman, who is bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 2.2 Cr. The Fizz is Mumbai's second player of the auction today. The Mumbai owners seem happy with their buy.

Seems like Mumbai Indians are going all-out for bowlers as after getting hold of Mustafizur, they sign Pat Cummins for 5.4 Cr.

Former Kolkata Knight Riders vice captain Surya Kumar Yadav started a very heated bidding battle teams like Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi. Ultimately Mumbai won the race for his signature at 3.2 Cr after every other team pulled out. Yadav's base price was 30Lakh only.

Krunal Pandya heads to Mumbai Indians after the defending champions used the Right to Match card for him. Krunal was the man of the match in the final of last edition of the Indian Premier League. Krunal has been retained for a huge sum of 8.8 Cr.

Ishan Kishan was bought for a humongous sum of 6.2 crore.
