FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) --
A judge dismissed a case Thursday against former Bunny Ranch sex worker Alicia Stapleton, who is accused of prostituting for a Fresno police officer in 2015.Stapleton was otherwise known as bunny Allie Marie at the infamous Nevada brothel where prostitution is legal-- Moonlight Bunny Ranch. She has admitted to bringing similar activity here in Fresno but didn't face much punishment for it.

The defense attorney said his client was posting ads on Craigslist for naughty housecleaning. But sometime after meeting and getting into a relationship with now former Fresno Police Officer Robert Knight, they say he began pimping her out.
Stapleton entered a conditional plea, and because she has obeyed the law since the time she was charged and completed a required one day class, she got her conviction to go away. Her attorney said she is no longer prostituting.
A trial for Knight is set for February 27th.
