Not just being Thor but Chris Hemsworth to quit acting as well?

A few days back, Chris Hemsworth left us is deep despair when he announced that there’s a possibility that he will never return as God of Thunder anymore. “Contractually, right now – yeah, this is it. I’m done. I won’t be playing the character again. (The end seems like) a scary thought. This really seemed like this never-ending thing. And now it’s potentially finishing,” Hemsworth told USA Today. It was enough to give us a mild heart attack. First Christian Bale hung his batman gears and now Hemsworth wants to do the same with Thor. But if you think that’s a huge setback, then you have to read this. The actor is contemplating quitting acting completely! (Also read: Chris Hemsworth won’t play Thor again, he calls it a ‘scary thought’)

Now before you wail out loud, let us tell you that Chris has a definite reason for wishing something like that which is pretty devastating for his fans. He told The Times recently, “I want to be able to take the kids to school,” he said. “I may even be off all year. It all happened at once and I’ve thought about it and gone, ‘God, am I trying to do too much at once?’ There’s no regret by any means. It just comes out of wanting to be [at home] more. I want to be there more. My wife and I were talking the other day about how the years are flying by: our daughter  is five and a half and the boys are three and a half. And however much time you do have together, it never seems like enough. It’s always exhausting, even when we have help with grandparents or a nanny.”

Well, if only we could go ‘Tussi jaa rahe ho? Tussi na jao” on him, may be we would be able to stop him from taking this drastic step. What’s Thor without Chris? You tell us!
