Warriors guard Stephen Curry landed Draymond Green and Klay Thompson as All-Star teammates, but Kevin Durant will play for Team LeBron in the Feb. 18 game in Los Angeles.

Curry and LeBron James, the leading vote-getters, selected their rosters in a “draft” held by conference call Thursday. Their choices were revealed later in the day on TNT.

James, who had the first overall pick, playfully declined to reveal the player he chose, but it almost certainly was Durant. Curry dodged a similar question, but he probably took Houston guard James Harden.

Team Stephen starters will be Curry, Harden, DeMar DeRozan, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Joel Embiid. Team LeBron starters: James, Durant, Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins and Kyrie Irving.

Green and Thompson are among the reserves on Curry’s team.

James and Curry both advocated for televising the draft next year. This is the first year the All-Star teams were constructed playground-style, rather than the traditional format of Western Conference against Eastern Conference.
