Boeing’s price-dumping case against Bombardier over the sale of C Series aircraft to a U.S. airline has been overturned by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), ending the threat of tariffs of almost 300% on C Series imports into the U.S. The four commissioners voted unanimously Jan. 26 that the 2016 sale of CS100s to Delta Air Lines did not harm Boeing.
