Gov. Andrew Cuomo took aim again at Washington this week with an executive order intended to maintain net neutrality in New York. Cuomo on Wednesday signed the executive order after the Federal Communications Commission, chaired by Republican Ajit Pai, eliminated net neutrality rules last month.
