SAP, Deutsche Telekom top list of most valuable German brands - report

German software giant SAP was found to be the most valuable brand in Germany at nearly USD 49 billion, according to a new study by market research firm Kantar Millward Brown and media agency WPP, reported Reuters. Deutsche Telekom came in second place in the study's ranking with a total value of USD 39 billion.

The 50 most value brands in German had a combined worth of roughly USD 306 billion thanks to their perceived reliability and the high level of trust they enjoy with customers, said Kantar Millward Brown. The study incorporated both customer surveys as well as companies' financial data, said Reuters.
