EPA 'Major Sources' Of Pollution Policy Withdrawn

Environmental Protection Agency said it was withdrawing a provision of the Clean Air Act.

The provision requires a major source of pollution like a power plant to always be treated as a major source. This even if it makes changes to reduce emissions.
