City seeking sponsors for Celebrate Birmingham parade

The city of Birmingham is seeking sponsors for its Celebrate Birmingham Hometown Parade and After Party on May 20.

The festivities will help celebrate Birmingham’s bicentennial.

The sponsorship packages include:

• Grandstand Sponsor-$1,000: Benefits of this level include name being included in all printed materials and press releases, company logo displayed prominently on sponsorship signs in Shain Park, where the After Party will be held, as well as company logo displayed prominently on volunteer shirts. Other benefits include logo being displayed on parade website until the end of 2018 as well as options to sponsor an information table, two inflatables or strolling performers.

• Parade Master-$500: This level includes many of the same benefits as Grandstand except for name in all printed materials and press releases.

• Parade Friend-$50-$200: This is a more affordable option for sponsors that includes name displayed in Shain Park and name displayed on the parade website until Dec. 31.

• In-Kind contribution: This is an option for those interested in donating a service such as advertising, printed materials, entertainment, sound system and more.
