Megafon expands network in Chuvashia

Russian mobile operator Megafon has expanded its network in the Republic of Chuvashia with three GSM-900/1,800 base stations and one UMTS base station. New routing and switching equipment has also been installed on the network of the operator.

The regional branch of the federal telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor has cleared the exploitation of the infrastructure.
