The raven-haired bombshell shares a striking resemblance to the pop singer, with some fans struggling to tell the two apart.

While some celebrity lookalikes tend to shy away from the public eye, Francesca has become somewhat of a starlet in her own right.

Having racked up over 20k followers thanks to her jaw-dropping updates, the buxom babe is an online hit.

    While she may look like Swish Swish singer Perry, 33, the Instagram sensation is far from a Californian babe.

    Born in London, the Brit beauty hadn't even heard of Katy when she was first mistaken for her.

    Opening up about the bizarre experience, Francesca revealed she was queueing to enter a nightclub in Las Vegas in 2008 when her night took an unexpected turn.

      MIRROR MIRROR: The budding actress plays Katy Perry in Legends In Concert

      Talking to Elle magazine in 2015, the 34-year-old explained: "This guy came over who was from security.

      "He was like, 'Don't wait. Follow us.' And I thought, 'They think I'm someone, but I don't know who they think I am.'"

      And it seems the budding actress was instantly attracted to the special attention, as she later accepted offers to become a full-time Katy Perry impersonator.

      Praising the unique position she's in, Francesca remarked: "It's definitely given me some confidence in myself, but I don't see the resemblance sometimes."

        In one such recent post, the bombshell — who prefers to model vintage Perry looks — posed in a blue wig and a plunging leotard.

          Captioning the post, the rising starlet revealed: "New costume for Wide Awake, which we added to the set," followed by a pink heart emoji.

          Responding to the snap, one awestruck follower commented: "You look more like Katy Perry than Katy Perry herself these days."
