We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead on establishing a successful catering facility at the Colonnade, Bexhill-on-Sea. The Colonnade sits in a prominent location on Bexhill's award-winning seafront, next to the iconic De La Warr Pavilion. It is currently being refurbished to create a new and exciting food and drink offer to be opened this summer.
You will be leading on all aspects of setting up this establishment from the outset, including developing the concept and business plan; overseeing design and fit-out; purchase and hire of equipment and stock; as well as the recruitment and management of the staff. Once up and running, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management and future development of the business.
You will have a track record of successful management in the catering sector; an excellent eye for detail; with strong communication, customer service and management skills.
