New President Of Hays Fluid Controls

Andy Brinkmeier named president of Hays Fluid Controls a division of Romac Industries of Bothell, Washington.

Hays Fluid Controls, a Division of Romac Industries, Inc., has named Andy Brinkmeier President, following the retirement of Al Juhl. Andy assumed the role of president January 15th, 2018. Most recently, Andy worked at Nalco Water/Ecolab as Business Manager and Director of Marketing. Prior to Ecolab Andy worked at Oldcastle Inc., holding various positions in executive management and business development.

Andy’s 20-year career has included leadership roles in management, business development, sales, marketing, mergers & acquisitions and project management.

“Andy’s broad and diverse background and strong leadership make him a natural fit for this role,” said Josh Larkin, President of Romac Industries.

Andy received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Upon graduation, Andy served honorably for five years in the United States Navy, where he was an officer on the USS Tennessee nuclear submarine. He also holds a MBA from Indiana University.
