All in a day’s work.
Harvey Weinstein’s former personal assistant says the accused sex predator made her take dictation while he was naked, toss his used condoms and replenish his supply of erectile dysfunction shots.
Now Sandeep Rehal is sticking him with a lawsuit.
Rehal slapped the disgraced movie mogul with a harassment complaint in Manhattan Federal Court on Thursday, claiming Weinstein also groped her relentlessly, had her clean semen stains off his Tribeca office couch and generally made her life a living hell.
Anne Heche claims she was fired after rejecting Harvey Weinstein
“There was no boundary between Harvey Weinstein’s work life and personal life,” states the blockbuster lawsuit the Daily News obtained.
“Ms. Rehal was required to be involved in and aware of the preparations for, and clean up after, Harvey Weinstein’s extremely prolific sexual encounters,” it alleges.
The abuse started soon after Rehal took the job in early 2013, when she was 26, and eventually led to an “emotional breaking point” that left her “no choice but to resign” in February 2015, the complaint says.
Rehal claims she not only had to procure Weinstein’s Caverject shots for his erectile dysfunction, but that she was also asked to slip the medication into his jacket pocket or a brown paper bag whenever he went to meet a woman at a hotel — which occurred an estimated three times a week.
Harvey Weinstein accuser Natalie Mendoza says she forgives him
“Ms. Rehal had to pick up Harvey Weinstein’s used Caverject shots, which he tossed on the floor in his office, hotel rooms and his apartment. She also had to pick up his used condoms and clean up rooms before housekeeping personnel would do their work,” the lawsuit states.
When the shots were no longer available from Weinstein’s London doctor, he ordered Rehal to find a supply in the U.S. and gave her a $500 bonus when she succeeded, the lawsuit claims.
When it came to chauffeured rides in Weinstein’s SUV, Rehal was subjected to a constant barrage of inappropriate touching, according to the 11-page complaint.
“Almost every time” she rode with Weinstein in his Lexus SUV, he allegedly got handsy.
Lupita Nyong’o 'couldn’t sleep' until she shared Weinstein story
When Rehal began wearing pants instead of skirts, he would “rub between her thighs,” according to her complaint.
“When Ms. Rehal sat cross-legged in an attempt to prevent him from being able to touch her thigh, Harvey Weinstein would touch the back of her legs and butt,” the filing says. The Oscar winner also allegedly had a penchant for walking so close behind her that “his large belly would touch her.”
Rehal further claims Weinstein subjected her to highly offensive language, including calling her profane names related to female genitalia.
“On numerous occasions he said, ‘What’s wrong, Sandeep, is the tampon up too far today?’ ” the lawsuit alleges.
Franco accuser says he’s ‘absolutely not a Harvey Weinstein'
“Mr. Weinstein categorically denies these claims, and his lawyers will respond in the appropriate legal forum with evidence proving they are untrue,” Weinstein’s spokeswoman said in a statement to The News on Thursday.

Women who have accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment and assault
Weinstein, 65, faces a wave of allegations ranging from sexual harassment to rape from scores of women, including actresses Ashley Judd, Mira Sorvino, Rose McGowan, Lupita Nyong’o, Annabella Sciorra and Gwyneth Paltrow. In a blanket statement, a spokeswoman said Weinstein denies any allegations of nonconsensual sex.
He was fired from The Weinstein Co. soon after the allegations started piling up, and multiple women have already filed lawsuits, including a proposed class action in New York.
Weinstein is also under criminal investigation in several cities including New York, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and London, but no charges have been filed.
Cy Vance vows to stop accepting cash from defense lawyers
Rehal’s lawsuit names Weinstein’s brother Bob Weinstein as a co-defendant, along with The Weinstein Co. and human resources executive Frank Gil.
The co-defendants “aided and abetted Harvey Weinstein’s creation of a sexually hostile work environment,” the lawsuit seeking at least $75,000 from a jury trial states.
According to the lawsuit, Weinstein openly governed with an iron fist. “He constantly bragged about his power, stating to Ms. Rehal and other employees, ‘I am Harvey Weinstein and you are at Weinstein University. I decide whether or not you graduate,’ ” the paperwork states.
“This was an extremely hostile working environment that should have been of great concern to The Weinstein Co. They really should have pulled the reins back on Harvey Weinstein a long time ago,” Rehal’s lawyer, Genie Harrison, told The News.
Harvey Weinstein scrambled during final days before allegations
She said Rehal does not have a copy of any nondisclosure agreements signed in connection with her job.
“But even if she did sign one, she has an absolute right to file her lawsuit and has to include appropriate allegations to support her claims,” she said.
