Portions of 4th Avenue and Broadway to close for Frostival

FARGO — Fourth Avenue North will be closed between Broadway and Fifth Street North beginning Friday, Jan. 26, until the morning of Sunday, Jan. 28, for the Frostival event downtown.

Broadway will be closed to through traffic between Fourth Avenue North and Sixth Avenue North from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27.
