Chad Snider was named boys soccer coach at Hilliard Bradley High School on Jan. 25, pending school board approval.

Snider spent the past 10 seasons at Dublin Scioto, where he compiled a 70-88-15 overall record and a 19-38-11 mark in the OCC. Last fall, the Irish finished 2-15 overall and 0-6 in the OCC-Cardinal Division.

In 2011, Scioto reached a Division I district final, losing to Dublin Coffman 2-1 to finish 18-1 overall. The Irish won the OCC-Cardinal title that season, going 7-0 in the league.

Snider, who resigned as Scioto coach Dec. 4, spent seven seasons as coach at Buckeye Valley before coaching the Irish.

“Coach Snider brings a great deal of experience to the helm,” Bradley athletics director Cort Hamilton said.

Snider replaces Nate Byrum, who stepped down after two seasons. Byrum went 16-18-4 overall and 6-5-1 in the OCC-Cardinal with the Jaguars, including 10-9 overall and 3-3 in the league last fall.
