Fixes QIP closure date and issue price

The QIP Committee of Nath Bio-Genes (India) on 25th January 2018 has authorized the closure of the QIP on 25 January 2018, and fixed the issue price of Rs 455 after giving discount of 2.92% on the floor price of Rs 468.69 per equity share for the equity shares to be issued and allotted to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers in the QIP, approved the Placement Document dated 25th January 2018, and approved the issue of Confirmation Allocation Note for the allocation of 30,00,000 Equity Shares to the eligible QIB's.
