Emergency crews continue working a wreck on U.S. 67 just south of the Desloge exit. A car left the highway and dropped into Flat River Creek below.
At least one person was airlifted from the scene. The initial signs indicated the driver possibly suffered a medical condition, that according to official sources at the scene.
Crews are still working to remove the wreckage from the creek.
