A Kittanning Borough man is charged with the possession and selling of crack cocaine, during an alleged incident Nov. 10, 2017. Sean Dickson, 31, will face a preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. Jan. 31, at the office of Kittanning Borough Magisterial District Judge James Owen.
