"A detailed personal and baggage search of the passenger resulted in the recovery of one gold chain weighing 76 grams and assorted medicines in commercial quantity," it said. The value of the gold and the assorted medicines works out to be Rs 69.36 lakh, the customs department said in the statement, adding that the passenger has been arrested. "The medicines illegally brought by him are steroids," a senior customs official said.
