Barcelona Coutinho and Dembele transfers questioned
04:30: Barcelona legend Eric Abidal can’t understand why Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele have been signed if they want to bring in Antoine Griezmann.
Coutinho is yet to play for Barcelona, but it is believed Luis Suarez, Messi and Dembele would occupy the three attacking positions with the former Liverpool star playing in behind.
But Abidal has questioned the Catalan club’s transfer strategy with a move for Griezmann also in the pipeline.
"If you want Suarez, Messi and Griezmann, why sign Dembele?" Abidal told El Larguero. "There are questions.
“Signing Coutinho means some will have to sit on the bench, that is why I say it is good to sign great players but it depends on the vision of the club.

The Gunners have been heavily linked with a move for the Algerian as Arsene Wenger looks to strengthen his squad this transfer window.
