A Towanda man is behind bars after he reportedly broke into a home in Cherry Township where two elderly siblings were staying on Monday night.  Brandon P. Ropraz, 21, was taken into custody after state police responded for a report of a residential burglary in process along Dushore-Overton Road just after 9 p.m.
