Irrfan Khan, Mithila Palkar and Dulquer Salmaan’s ‘Karwan’ to release on June 1

New Delhi: Starring Irrfan Khan, Dulquer Salmaan, and Mithila Palkar in pivotal roles, ‘Karwan‘ will hit the screens on June 1, 2018. A Ronnie Screwvala production, the comedy movie belongs to the slice-of-life genre. The story is based on the mundane, yet exciting, lives of three oddballs, trying to find some balance in their lives on their unconventional journeys.
Irrfan Khan was last seen in ‘Qarib Qarib Singlle’ which had a successful run. He even won Filmfare for best actor for ‘Hindi Medium’. ‘Karwan’ will be the first Hindi feature film for Malayalam-star, Dulquer Salmaan. His has already signed his next Bollywood project with Sonam Kapoor. The upcoming movie will be an adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s book, The Zoya Factor.
Mithila Palkar, a well-known internet sensation, will be debuting alongside these two in the film. Earlier, she had shared a selfie with these two on Instagram, thanking them for “being awesome”.

The flick has been directed by Akash Khurana and will be his first full-length Hindi feature film. The movie has been shot in Kerala and is in pre-production before its release.
