Intense rain causes major flooding in Paris

Nearly non-stop rain has caused major flooding across France, as rivers continue to swell with no signs of slowing down. The Seine River reached nearly 18 feet on the morning of Jan. 24, 2018, and is expected to rise to 20 feet over the next few days.
