To promote its showing of all eight Harry Potter movies for a six-month run, HBO is holding a Hogwarts House Challenge at the Blake Street Tavern on Wednesday, Jan. 31.
It’ll be a hosted trivia night, testing competitors’ knowledge of J.K. Rowling’s blockbuster books and film series.
Costumes are encouraged, and sponsors promise to have some Potter movie props on-site during the competition.
More than 300 people are expected to attend, and will be grouped in teams of 8-10.
The bad news: General admission tickets have already sold out.
The good news: The Know has 16 tickets up for grabs, so you still have a chance. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the 90-minute game beginning at 7:45.
